Regeneration, Health & Interbeing
Beauty, Gratitude, Interbeing & the Healing of Modern Fragmentation
There was something deeply grounding about speaking with Jamie Harvie.
His work does not speak about health as an isolated medical issue, but as something relational, ecological, communal, and deeply connected to how human beings participate in life itself.
I was deeply touched by the sense of awe Jamie carries for beauty, intimacy, wonder, and gratitude as forms of healing themselves. There was something rare in this conversation — a gentleness and a willingness to enter the in-between space together: the not-knowing, the listening, the subtle field where relationship begins before concepts arrive.
Together we explore:
• regeneration beyond sustainability
• health as an ecological and relational phenomenon
• nervous systems and collective wellbeing
• embodiment, community, and coherence
• the limits of mechanistic thinking
• gratitude, beauty, and relational healing
• interbeing, reciprocity, and cultural transition
I so enjoyed being in this dialogue and feeling, little by little, how the conversation itself became less about ideas and more about participation.

And a small reminder:
This Saturday I’ll host an open online gathering around deep ecology, embodiment, nervous systems, and rewilding the soul.
I’ve really enjoyed the conversations and encounters that have emerged through Parallax lately — the feeling that beyond articles and podcasts, there is also a small field of kindred spirits gathering around shared questions, pathways, and resonances.
I’m grateful that Parallax can become a space where we not only read each other’s work, but actually meet.
Tomorrow evening we open such a space together:
Reconnecting with Body, Breath, and Living Context
Nadja Lind will join us with her beautiful neuro-active sound compositions designed to help shift the nervous system from stress, tension, and feeling stuck into greater clarity, ease, and relaxation.
For the best experience, we recommend headphones and — if you have one — an eye mask.
Please register before Saturday, 1 pm Berlin time to receive the Zoom link:
