Roots of Enlivenment – Live Online Gathering
Social Mindfulness, Relational Health & Collective Intelligence
With Cordula Frei & Mark Leonard
Saturday, 4 July 2026 · 5:30 pm Berlin Time · 90 min · Online via Zoom
Following the beautiful resonance around our recent Roots of Enlivenment podcast conversation, I am delighted to invite you to a live online gathering with mindfulness educator, systems thinker, and organisational consultant Mark Leonard.
Mark has been a pioneering voice in bringing mindfulness into the fields of collective intelligence, organisational transformation, psychological safety, and relational awareness. His work explores how mindfulness can move beyond personal wellbeing toward creating healthier cultures, wiser institutions, and more coherent forms of collective life.
Together we will open a reflective and participatory space to explore questions that feel increasingly relevant in our times:
• What is social mindfulness beyond self-optimisation?
• How do nervous systems shape communication, culture, and belonging?
• What supports collective wellbeing in times of uncertainty?
• How can relational intelligence help us navigate complexity?
• What becomes possible when we listen more deeply rather than trying to control or fix?
This will not be a lecture, but a shared inquiry with space for dialogue, reflection, and your questions.
The gathering is open to Parallax members, podcast listeners, Substack readers, and anyone who feels resonance with these themes.
Or simply register by email: cordula@parallax-media.eu
I look forward to spending this evening together.
Warmly - Cordula
